Title: Account Executive

The internet has fundamentally transformed the way we live. It’s allowed us to chat with our loved ones over video across the globe, stay at a stranger's house when we travel, and find love with people we’d otherwise never meet. However, security hasn’t quite kept pace with growth, so we’re seeing a dark side emerge as well - Facebook was used to promote fake news; Uber has been exploited to commit violent crimes; Coinbase wallets have been robbed. Dyneti’s mission is to make the internet more secure.

Dyneti is reinventing the onboarding process so that transactions on the internet can be more seamless and more safe. Our first product, DyScan, is an SDK that helps apps stop fraud and boost conversion by taking a photo of a credit card. We launched our product at the end of January 2019, and since then have grown rapidly to support enterprise customers globally. The card scanner is powered by a deep learning model optimized to run entirely on device.

Dyneti was founded by a team of deep learning and fraud prevention experts from Uber, and has raised funding from an exceptional lineup of investors, including Y Combinator (TechCrunch). Our customers include some of the fastest growing tech unicorns around the world.

About Your Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll help introduce Dyneti to prospects across the globe. You will act as the primary point of contact for every new signup, and will be directly responsible for educating, providing awe-inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding companies as they make the transition from prospect to customer. You’ll work closely with the CEO to ensure customer success at every stage during the sales process.

What will you be doing

  • Prospecting — calling and emailing key contacts across an organization, including C-Suite
  • Understanding customer needs fully and articulating the relevant benefits of Dyneti
  • Documenting key details properly including main use case, deal timeframe, and drive next steps
  • Building informal rapport with contacts to encourage long term relationships
  • Providing thorough product demonstrations, both virtually & on-site
  • Prioritizing opportunities and ownership of pricing negotiations through close
  • Providing a delightful customer experience, regardless of deal outcome

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 3+ years in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in SaaS
  • Consistent overachievement against sales targets in past experiences
  • Proven track record of demonstrated long-term customer retention
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
  • A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
